WTB: 15x9 6UL's
Any color, if they are curbed that's OK too since I plan to get them re-painted. Obviously ones with damage I would pay less for.

not going to save much used. I finally broke down and just bought a set because the price difference from new to use to was to small to make it worth buying used.
But I think there are some 15x9's with tires for sale in the classifieds on miata.net |
Don't powder coat them it will weaken the metal.

Don't plan to. Notice how I said paint ;)

One would need to know the casting alloy and heat treat condition (i.e. T6 or whatever). Many common casting alloys, such as 356, are aged at 325F. If exposed to a powder coat cure schedule of 375-400F for 10 minutes or so, some over-ageing could occur and the fatigue life of the wheel could be reduced. It all depends. 6UL's warranty is voided if powder coated.
Good luck, these are hard to come by used. |
