Ouch. That's quite a payday. Hopefully he can get that price. I'm not sure if the market would support that though.

thats a shipped price and its the hole rear end not just the diff

R u selling just the lsd unit. I don't need anything else. I am in a tight budget so i can only offer you 150 for it.

You are definitely not going to find one from around here for that low of a price. $300+ is more realistic.

skyline397 05-19-2008 02:24 PM

i notice alot of ppl changing their torsen to the rx7 cluth lsd. Is there a paticular reason why. Where i can find a rx7 lsd rebuild kit cheap?

wes65 05-19-2008 02:34 PM

rx7 clutch type is stronger and locks when any torque is applied to the driveshaft.

HKSturboMiata 05-22-2008 06:47 PM

What years did the RX7 come with a Clutch type diff. Can you take that diff and just put it inside the 04 carrier.

Somebody needs to read the FAQ's. I'll help though 85-88 and yes.

Shit. I feel a lot better about paying $140 for mine now. I thought I overpaid.

BTW - 86-88 GXL and the 88 GTU were the only cars that came with clutch diffs from the factory.

I changed because I fucked my Torsen up in a big way.
