WTB: Black 15x7/15x8 Wheels with Tires

Hey guys,

So the Racing Hart's are just too rough of a ride for me so I am looking for some 15x7 or 15x8 wheels with mounted and balanced tires already on them.- I don't want crazy worn down or anything.- Just looking for a lightly used set.- Black only.- Budget 600-800.- Thanks guys
