wtb: cheap shift knobs
I made one out of a 2" trailer hitch ball. Drilled and tapped for the shifter (M10, I think) and then polished it. Extra weight makes shifting easy and precise.
Only thing I dislike is how hot it gets in the sun, so I bought a hacky sack ($3, eBay), cut a hole in it and fitted it as a cover. Custom leather shift **** for cheap.
