Running stock ecu? I really doubt your ignitor is bad. It's possible, but not likely.
Would swap the afm out, and look at secondary ignition first.

What do you mean? I though it could be a bad igniter becuae I have almost the same symptoms as Scott, and yes stock ecu. I have a rx7 afm around here somewhere, should i just try that

I meant exactly what I said. I would look at the afm first, as well as plug wires and grounding.
