I work in Lincoln, NE. It's an hour from Omaha.

I'm iffy on shipping. As they are aluminum I'm begging for it to get damaged and you will be unhappy and I'm out $.

That's understandable. I've been considering it and trying to figure out a safe way to ship it but I haven't really come up with anything. Shipping insurance is the answer to that question I think. What would you want for it, sans the possibility of shipping?

An OG member on another forum I moderate lives in omaha, so I asked her if she'd be willing to grab it or meet you somewhere and ship it for me. I'll keep you updated.

I haven't heard back from her so I'm assuming she isn't interested in shipping it. Would you be willing to simply drop it off at the ups store so they can package and ship it? I believe I could pay by credit card over the phone so you wouldn't have to worry about any of that. If they pack and ship it it is automatically guaranteed to make it undamaged or they cover cost of the item, plus the packaging and shipping. I'd feel comfortable with that if you would. All it would take is for me to give them a call and verify that you could drop it off and I could pay for everything over the phone and then I could just paypal you the 100 for the hood and we'd be all set.

I just checked tonight because I had a nagging suspicion and I wanted to look it over. I've parted out 7-8 Miatas and have parts all over the place. I was wrong. I have a black NA hood and a silver NB hood but the NB hood has at least 30 hail dents in it. Not worth fixing. I'm sorry I mislead you as it wasn't my intent.
