I have a gt2554r and am wanting to upgrade to a gt28rs so I might have something for you. The turbo has maybe 10K miles on it and the exhaust side is ceramic coated a tan-ish color (but no rust). PM me if you are interested.

I have a brand new GT2252 that I'm thinking of selling (cough LS1 cough). I'll include a discharge flange with it...

According to the maps it should be operating in a more efficient part of the map on both the comp and turbine side, and spool should be quicker.

I posted an overlay of the GT2554 and GT2252 turbine and comp maps in this thread:

KFJ...sorry I don't have a gt2554r for sale, but I'm glad to see you're putting a turbo back on your car

pms sent.

stripes- thanks for good wishes! after being forced to sell off my last system, i always wanted to build another one similar. looks like this one should be easier to gather together. i still plan to use all stainless lines. it's also coming together faster than the previous.
