Default Wastegate actuator

WTB actuator for external gate TD04 to replace greddy actuator, most any T25/28 actuator should work, probably others too. Preferably with bracket included. Most anything opening pressure is fine, 6-12 psi. I know some of you guys have extra parts from junk turbos laying around. If so, hook it up.

I think I have the actuator you need. You can have it for $10 shipped. It's new Mitsubishi just an extra. I'll send you pics just email and remind me.

I'm also looking for a replacement wastegate actuator for my Greddy internal gate on my TD04. I would be curious to know if this one fits for you.

I feel your pain man. I try to never use UPS anymore.

What are those actuators? Is it any better than what I got now (stock greddy)? Cuz I can't hold boost to redline....

When the wg actuator fails it won't open the wg and you'd build too much boost. It could be binding though. Did you check the actuator arm and make sure it's straight going into the actuator? If it's cocked to the side it can stick holding the wg open. Just a though.

Are they still making you jump thru hoops? What happened to that oil line? Did you send it out?

They are supposed to pay out by the end of the month. I had to call a mazda dealer and have them fax a quote for the valve cover.. so i could fax it to ups..

The oil supply line is bent and kinked, I'll send it to you, but you may have to do some repair to make it work.

the greddy wastegate can is weak, i have a helper spring one mine and with my mbc i still can't hold steady boost to redline, right now it goes to 14.6psi it's dropping to around 13psi at about 6000rpm and less by redline. but that actuator you've got pictured there may be difficult to work with since it looks permanently attached to that bracket and the rod has a bend in it where the greddy setup is straight.

It's fused to the bracket.

FM has a replacement, IIRC it's sold as a universal and doesn't have any funky bracketry. I think it's rated for 5-7 psi, adjustable.

i've been looking for a decent priced one, will that fm one hold higher boost steady? i don't want to waste money on it if not. I've seen the hks one all over ebay, i think it probably works fine but it's around $100.

Yeah, I'm looking to replace my Greddy actuator with the adjustable one from FM. I'm just hoping it will go on the "Deal of the Day" soon so I can get it for less...

Just a question. Are you guys running the wg line to the intake manifold in hopes to regain that 1lb loss thru the IC? If so that's how your having premature wg failures.
