WTB parts for HPDE car

I have an 01 Miata that is going to get set up for its first track day the first weekend in November. This car will eventually be split between my fiance and myself, and i am likely getting a little overkill with some of this, but at this time it is virtually stock and i just need the bare minimum to get it on track. I am planning on ordering each of the below items in the order they are listed, budget permitting, and am hoping people may have some stuff laying around to save me a few bucks. I am in Houston if anyone local has some parts, Thanks.

1. Bare minimum, the car needs a roll bar that will work with a soft top. This is what i have my eye on:

2. The brakes are old and worn and need to be replaced. I've been told i should just piece it together myself, but since EVERYTHING needs to be done (pads, rotors, fluid...), i figure this may be the easiest and work the best. I am however torn between getting the 1521 compound, which isnt really meant for the track, vs an xp10 / xp8 combo since the car does not have great tires (205 / 50 / 15 nitto neogen) and i'm worried about locking them up (no ABS).

Note* i did a full overhaul of the car when i first got it, off the shelf DOT4 in the brakes and clutch lines (will replace with the motul), new valve cover gasket, all new oils, fresh power steering fluid, new plugs ... The car is in good running shape, just need to get it in good tracking shape.
Those are the needs, now for the wants.

1 / 2. The car already has (just 5-7 psi) lower compression in cylinder 4, and i'm not sure if i can afford all this before the track day, but i would like to be able to. The kicker is, i would have to do the coolant reroute and radiator at the same time (or at least i would like to) since the coolant has to be drained. I will likely refill the car with mostly water anyways in case the stock one lets go. I dont want to be the reason people miss track time if that thing decides to crack, though i don't believe ours is in terrible shape.

3. Oil cooler. In case it wasn't clear, my fiance and i will be sharing this car, so i am erring on the side of caution and adding all the safety net items i can think of. The big radiator and oil cooler may very well be over kill on a basic bolt on NB2, but i would rather pay a little up front to avoid losing time at an event i've already paid for, or having some expensive damage occur.

So that about covers it for now. I will be the only one driving the car this upcoming event at TWS, and it will be November, so i am hoping i can get by without all the cooling mods i want. I will be ducting the front of the car, and cutting some holes in the hood until i can find room for the singular hood louvers in the budget as well. Thanks for any help and input.

Your links are all broken.

Do you have a bunch of experience? If you're getting out on track for the first time This is way overkill. I've got several track days on StopTech Street Sport Pads, and an entirely stock and well worn engine. No oil cooler, etc.

If you have a ton of experience and are going to push hard then you're looking more in the right direction.

I have a ton of parts that I was going to put on my HPDE 01, but I am pretty sure I am just going to order a new ND instead. Does your 01 have a tan interior? I would be willing to drive to the Dallas area (I assume that is where you are at since you mentioned TWS) and we could un-install the Hard Dog in my 01 and put it in yours. I also have the door bars to go with that. I also have unused 15x9s etc etc. PM me if you are interested.
EDIT: I just saw that you are in Houston. I have friends down there too, so I can do that trip, as well.

I copied and pasted this in a few different places, so the links must not have survived, thank you. That being said, yes, i have plenty of experience. Also, again, my fiance and i will be sharing this car, in Texas, some of these parts are more for insurance since the car only gets ~20 minutes between sessions. We've got a lot of experience racing mustangs, but 1 miata is a hell of a lot cheaper than 2 mustangs.
