I know this is an old thread but Ernesto Freitas (on Facebook) makes rails for Elise seats. I have a set an they are amazing. He doesn't specifically list them any more on his site but these look close (link below.) Reach out to him on FB.

I contacted him a few months ago and bought them and installed them. They are great.
