WTB Shift Knob, 5spd Shift Lever, Upper Rubber Shift Boot

Looking to find a good condition OEM shift knob and a 5spd shift lever. partsgroup.com is currently out and no junk yards have responded to me yet. The parts threads here on mt.net are either bare or they already sold the parts. Anyone selling?

I've got the lever, no knob or boot though. From a 90 I believe.
