Default WTB: Gen 2 XIDAS

I'm looking to buy Xidas. Prefer Gen 2 and 700/400 rates, but that's negotiable. Also prefer helper springs.

At 77845. Cash in hand or paypal.

Yes, that's my plan. But first I want to see if anyone has a used set in good condition they'd be willing to sell me. Got to save money wherever I can

Very rarely have I seen used Xida's come up for sale, and generally there is not a ton of savings over just buying new.

So I'm curious if anyone can give me advice on a used XIDA set I found online - don't want to buy if it won't work for me. It's Gen 1 with around 10k miles. 850 / 550 springs with helpers. Looks like I can save around $500 over new. But that's a but stiffer than I was planning (700/400) for a dual use car (street + track). Anyone here have experience with this particular set up? It will be mounted on an '01 running 200tw 15x8's and just a bit over stock power.

Too much spring and a shock that won't make those springs ride as nice as a Gen2 will. Spend the extra money.

Thanks man. Got similar advice over at trackHQ forum. Made decision easy. I'll pass on them and keep saving my money.
