Where are your getting ground and power for the map sensor from? Are you taking these off the TPS?

If you're doing the above and it sounds like you've tried re-calibrating the map then it does sound like your map has failed.

I had something similar recently my gm 3 bar map sensor would not recalibrate after I started getting big problems with transient throttle followed by poor idling and finally with the car failing to start again.

It was jumping around to random kpa values. Replaced it and I know get a steady 100kpa before running the car.

I hooked the MAP Up per Steins write up. Been talking to Andy from Adaptronic and we were trying to sort it all out and it finally took a **** no reading at all so he is sending out another. I robbed a GM 1 bar out of my work truck and it calibarated and had the car running but i decided to wait on the 3 bar and tune from there. Anyone know of any tuners in Indiana, TravisR is moving to Michigan and thats double the drive which i plan on doing but if someones closes that would be great.
