Are there any good clutches rated around a FM2 without the "substantial" pedal feel? I am a sissy and don't want a numb foot.
If I strip nearly everything out of my NA, do I stand a chance of lifting it off the subframes with ~6-8 dudes? Either that, or I'll lift it off with the engine hoist. My garage is wide but not deep.

You can probably lift it off with 2 dudes. I stripped a miata off its roller skate with an engine hoist and me in the back dead lifting. Then got it on a trailer with 2 guys too.

I guess the rest of my weeknights are gonna be put towards tearing the old junk bucket apart. I need to go all tetris on my garage and make space for all this junk, then I figure I'll just start at the top and take near everything off.
I've got a FM1 in the old miata, if it still looks good I'll probably reuse it. I think I'll keep the flow force injectors, the mtx-l, and that's probably about it.
I've got a lot of ms3x reading to doo heh

My AC half works when set to fresh air, might just be that it's in the mid 60's lately though. Need to get the manifold gauges on, see what's going on.
You'll have to pry this sexy modern nb2 AC setup from my cold dead hands
I'll probably still delete the power steering though, don't much care for that. Have to see if it grows on me, after I get the suspension modestly right. Still not sure what I want to do with it. Someone talk me out of these things, finally look to be back in stock...

I'm sure I can pawn these off on some other misguided fool, if and when the time comes. Worked halfway decently on the ricelands lol
They seem to be the old street flex valving, just in a sealed unit. Emilio used to pimp the street flex, baby xidas? Eh, good enough for me.

Suspension wise, as a street car, I would buy some FM tokicos and put them on your NB. I prefer my Tokico's over the older higher end Tiens I had. While FM only sells them for NA's I see no reason you could not fit them on a NB.

NB springs are a bit longer, right. Should I see if FM will sell me NA tokicos and NB springs as a package?
I'm sure I can figure something for adapting the NB top hat, I just don't want to get it too low.

Yeah
Also gut your car, delete ac, de-power everything, weld the doors shut, route exhaust through the interior and wastegate dump into the ac vents, and ditch seats, just strap yourself to the roll bar directly.
Don't be a little girl.
PS: heater core? that's for sissies. ditch that too

NB top hats fit fine. I would honestly just order the FM tokico package for the NA, then put on your NB top hats and install. FM could probably give you a better idea of the differences. I am very very happy with my setup that is on one of my NA's. Even Braineack really liked it.
