Idk, I see 15/16 everywhere except FAB9. And I see that 50psi in more than once place. Currently building up the list around rubber lines, but have the ability to add an to hardlines whenever. The return line should theoretically be fine with rubber. But if I'm doing the rest while im there...

I assume you mean 5/16" everywhere except FAB9? 15/16" fuel line is around 4000 hp worth of fuel.
My 99 is definitely 5/16", and I'd be really surprised if NAs ran bigger than that. FM's "big fuel kit" instructions specify the adapters for NA lines as being 5/16. (FWIW, what FM does for getting to AN on an NA is to run a pair of 3 inch long rubber lines between the tank fittings and a hose-barb-to-AN fitting.)
Where are you putting the pressure sender?

I noticed the FM thing. I also found thasac's build thread where he did something that I don't understand but worked. https://www.miataturbo.net/engine-pe...2/#post1030581 Waiting to hear back from him.
Pressure sensor is going in the spare FPR port. I think. I have 2 options. Drill and tap the AN6 plug for 1/8NPT. Or get an AN6 union with an 1/8NPT port.
This + drill + tap

Another small update. Ordered bits to finish another VR conditioner. Going to hopefully be using this one in combination with some cool **** from @AbeFM as crank and cam input, as a replacement for the MS3x input circuits. With a custom cam wheel and an Evo8 sensor.

Dont do what I did. Those are the 50psi rated connections and its a pita to use. And I only ended up with the connections way the **** down there because I suck. What you want is a -5AN tube nut and ferrule, and a -5AN to -6AN male to male adapter, preferably stainless for all those parts, then you can go to aluminum hose ends or the pimping QD fittings. You're also going to need a flaring kit that can do -5AN.

Can I tap a 6an plug for an 1/8NPT fitting.
Thread ID is .51 for AN6, Thread OD is .31 for NPT. So I have .1 of aluminum in all directions? If I do it right?

Of course now I can't find my source for the .31 OD, so I look like an ***.
Its like a $3 part I'm getting locally. I'll buy two so I have a couple chances on the lathe.

Don't they make AN to NPT adapters already? Put a female NPT hose barb on the other end of this?

I was just reading the chart wrong.
Fluid Port Size Chart | Valley Hydraulic Service, Inc.
It was like 1am. I was over it.
I could do that. But I will probably just run AN hose. I get it at good price, and while I'm at it I'm going to convert everything.

Good example of what leafy is talking about.
Earls Tube to AN compression fitting install question - RX7Club.com
Now I just need to figure out what all those parts are.

50 psi compression fittings for fuel? Ugh. Yeah, don't do that.
As far as the pressure sensor, I've not had good luck hanging pressure sensors on vibrating things like fuel rails, they usually break within 6 months. I've taken the mounting them (oil pressure, fuel pressure) on the chassis and running remote lines to them.

Why tap a plug when you could just buy this for $4?
