I may trade you my brackets then, because I don't think I'm going to do more from 1" stock.

But no, these are exactly as you drew them, 1" stock skimmed down on both sides to fit.

1" hardware is also not right, it only uses half the threads on the ear. 1.25" too long, can't find 1.125" Going for 1.25" and a mil washer I guess.

Were the brackets made from 3/4" material the 1" bolts would be flawless!

I started loosing my hair at 17, pretty much half gone by 22-23.

Not SADfab way, aidans way. deezums and I would use a swiss lathe with collets.

I'm thinking this is the year I finally break down and start buzzing my head. Seems like a lot less effort at this point.

I'm ok with the receding hairline. Not going to rock the bald spot on the back of my head.

Once its all gone I'll rock the mad scientist top of the head bald. My dad has done it for 30+ years. I'll follow suit.

Deezums still has hair, because deezums avoids women and children like plague. I still buzz my head and wear a hat everywhere, I'm not paying $14 a week for a haircut, dont'ya know who I am lol

This is 1.25" bolt, little less than 1/8" hanging out there. This might work, with a washer or split washer it would work for sure.
