Default Justin's turbo project

Alrighty, so a few weeks ago I bough a 1994 turbo miata that was in pretty bad shape. My goal, is to flip it and make it into a track star.

Here is the car

some stuff I have in order for it

I have some over heating issues and from reading this forum for the last week I realize basically the entire cooling system was done wrong

after the 200 mile long trip back I noticed on the highway it would over heat. the slower I went the less it seeme to over heat. So I have been cutting sheetmetal trying to make some ducting.

I have on order a master kit of poly bushings as well that will go in later this week also. The suspension is all oem stuff that is probably 18 years old.

also after only driving it for a few weeks the car has started burning two holes in two lines and they are leaking coolant. I also noticed this

1080p to see it. I really hope the head isnt warped or gasket broken. im not getting any other symptoms of a warped or blown head gasket so Im hoping its somehow related to the hole that I have in on of the lines. is this possible?

here is where its leaking coolant from. you can see the manifold is resting right ontop of the hose.

its also burning a hole here

took some of the header wrap off and found the leak.

could this cause bubbling in the res tank?
