Washer fluid being sprayed on windshield requires... a washer fluid reservoir.

Oh yeah. Whatever, there's regular RainX which you just spray from the bottle.
Are you going to be a man and come to autocross this weekend?

Tonight I tuned the WI a bunch more. **** worked.

Turned the boost up to 25ish psi peaking at 28psi, drove around a bunch, and started smelling oil. Went home and saw the dipstick had been blown out. Maybe about a half cup had sprayed out. ARrrrr

Pinch the dipstick hose to hold the stick in better.

Reminds me of the DSM world where every pass you'd hear the thud when the dipstick hit the hood and every bump turned the wipers on....

Just did hot compression test, throttle open, all plugs out. 150/160/160/160. Plugs looked ok, kinda oily but that may have been from me pouring oil all over valve cover.

Leakdown test time?

Why?

Unless you plan to re-ring it, WTF's it matter?

Anyone else got an opinion?

Maybe I just need more crankcase venting. One -12 vent does not equal two -10s or four -8s which is how much venting a lot of high boost cars seem to have. Maybe I should abandon the slashcut system and just go to a VTA catch can? Running two -12 hoses back into my downpipe seems like it would be cumbersome. And I already have the can.

Alternative is less boost but with the new turbo I did want to run 25psi. :(

Foot or finger?

Also, you went with the bigger turbo for more boost. It'd be a shame not to achieve 25psi because of a solvable problem.

I drilled out the restrictor in my MBC and did a shitload of pulls today. No more spiking. Boost rises to 25psi and fades to 21psi at redline FTL. Yes my signal is sourced from the intake via the brake booster line.

Anxiously, I popped the hood to inspect my bay for dipstick spewage. It was intact, no spewage was seen. Hurrah, no new crankcase vent solution needed.

I am still not spinning the tires in 2nd, 3rd, or 4th. I think I will do another dyno pull next weekend at this local PA event to see what numbers I put down. I think the event is called tuner evolution.

In other news I went karting tonight with GF and it was awesome. For the locals, it was at summit point and my best time was 52.3s

tires, rear end, tranny, and turbo spool have something to do with it too.

Eh I am still rocking a open diff so it's easier I figured your car was well over 300. My car has 227hp on the local dynamics translates to about 260 dyno jet.
