Been awhile, quick update:
My manifold and dump tube was sent to Jet-Hot for coating. I should have updated pictures of the finished manifold sometime late next week. I decided that while my pistons are out of the motor I will go ahead and get the tops of them coated by Swain Tech with their GoldCoat™ Ceramic Armor™ Ceramic Thermal Barrier http://www.swaintech.com/store.asp?pid=10963 and install new piston rings.
My billet mains are finally shipping after 6 weeks this Monday...hopefully things are starting to fast track and the car will be done sometime in September.

Min sounds like a good plan, made some progress today.
It was my birthday so my dad bought me a Gates Timing Belt and Cosmetic Head Gasket so those are a few less things I have to buy. Still need to buy the following:
Second 044 Pump ORDERED 8/31/11
-08AN 044 Pump fittings ORDERED 8/31/11
(2) 044 Pre-Filter socks ORDERED 8/31/11
Wiesco Piston Rings
Redline lightweight gear oil for my transmission
Royal Purple Engine Break in Oil
Royal Purple 10w40 oil
Pro EFI tuning (Sound Performance)
I'm sure other misc AN fittings...
I think that's about it?

Another update, went ahead and bought the rest of the AN fittings for my fuel system along with a Fuel Labs fuel pressure regulator so it can handle the fuel pressure I will be running. 1-120 psi vs 70 psi I am limited to on the Aeromotive. I got an e-mail from Flyin' Miata they told me they're working on a T5 transmission kit for our motors. I think I am going to hold off on messing with my transmission until that kit comes out, and also going to run a 8.8 rear w/900 hp axles. I think I will do both of this at the same time, until then just hope this 5 speed doesn't break in the mean time lol.
So I figure with the T5, and rear end w/slicks I hope to run somewhere in the 9s.
EDIT: My fuel rail kit will be for sale it will include: Asking $200 dollars OBO shipped.
Aeromotive Fuel Pressure Regulator w/gauge
Required AN Fittings
Braided AN Line and hardline adapters
All the fittings needed to connect to your after market fuel rail. Please note: Fuel rail is not included.

*assuming it's priced appropriately, not like typical FM stuffs.
