@Leafy, What's the PN on that Turbosmart? I thought you were running the one from Southeast Power Systems or somesuch?

If you did, I could make it home but even if I filled up at my closes E85 station I wouldn't have enough range to make it back to magic corn land

I was running one from sps till my Chara got misaligned and the binding caused the shaft to bend. Now I have "Turbosmart IWG75 Actuator Borg Warner EFR Twin Port B1 Single Scroll 120mm 14psi" can't find the part number but that's what it's listed as. With it on the 7psi setting it'll do 14psi at 20%dc with the 4 port. And does 18 to 22 when the waste gate line comes off before the exhaust pressure opens the flapper, 2 turns off preload.

Bitchin' thanks Leafy.

Amazon.com: Turbosmart TS-0620-1143 IWG75 Borg Warner Twin Port B1 Twin Scroll 120mm Rod Internal Wastegate Actuator Black 14PSI IWG: Automotive Amazon.com: Turbosmart TS-0620-1143 IWG75 Borg Warner Twin Port B1 Twin Scroll 120mm Rod Internal Wastegate Actuator Black 14PSI IWG: Automotive

I'd consider buying and trying it if it was prime eligible and I could get it by tomorrow. I already have the 4 port EBC to go with it.

I paid like $7 more for mine and it took 3-4 days to ship. I bought it from seller "union7" on eBay. The price looks like its gone up a bit since I bought mine earlier this year.

You want Gesso's garage, I've sold off most of the "good" stuff I've been hoarding.

I bought mine on Amazon, it was like $60, but it had free prime shipping.

Again, the one I have is not a dual port but can be drilled and turned into a dual port, if you believe the internet.

This is the one you want: Wastegate Actuator, Turbonetics Dual Port- TREADSTONE PERFORMANCE

Alright, so I found some little volt meter thing in my garage, and did a bit of testing.
There is power being supplied to the soneoid.
I also removed the MS unit and checked the db37 plug: the correct pin is being used for the EBC, and it seems to be soldered decent.

Next I'm grounding the ebc wire from the solenoid and listening for if it clicks per Rev's suggestion.

if it doesn't the solenoid is defective.
if it does there must be a problem with the MS unit.

Just buy it now and get it over with, you don't want my other actuator, trust me.

Gotta admit though: it does sound really cool and it does hit boost really early on. Goes from vac to boost in an instant, literally with the movement of the throttle.

This setup is gonna suck at gas mileage lol, it's always in boost
What it I told you that a T25 flange 0.85 A/R IWG turbine housing existed for the 6258? For reference, current turbine housing is 0.64 A/R.

or would 4port EBC + 2 port IWG actuator + 0.85A/R housing = Honda power?

Instant spool sounds fun, but always always always being in boost kinda sounds like a pain I mean, if it turns out that's just how this build decides it wants to be I can deal with it. I understand I have ALLTHEFLOWS and its not like its a huge turbo, plus ye canne change the laws of physics.
