That's pretty much my conundrum right there. I'd do the suspension and wheels/tires on either one right away and the OSG diff is probably a lot better than the factory LSD on the Club. Are the dash screen, spoilers, stb, bose, and red stitching worth an extra $3500? Kind of hard to justify for my needs.

The only thing I would miss about the lack of screen in the Sport is the future apps that will come out and allow OBD2 info streaming. Having a fully integrated and factory screen used as auxiliary gauges would be perfection.

For your needs? No. For mine, maybe. Need to think a bit more.

One bonus of going with the Sport is that we have a ceramic one in stock and it could be mine any moment I want..............

Hmm now that's an interesting proposition. If that were possible along with the system being capable of running some other apps (especially Waze!) might well tip the scales in favor of a Club.

I was all about the Club until I drove the Sport. For my purposes, it had everything I needed as a base platform for speed parts -- the LSD being the only exception. But I'm betting that LSDs are going to start showing up in the yards soon.

Keep in mind that neither of my Miatas has a radio. I'm a fan of the original R-package.

Yeah, that's the big difference. For me, I don't plan on a lot of speed parts. Exhaust, tune, springs, wheels/tires drive. The club means I'm not spending more right away aside from the payment, and it means I get more of what I want. Talked with the boss more yesterday, definitely placing the order this next round (Mazda only picks up orders once per month).

@TurboTim were rewelding a new bellow on because the old one cracked around the edge. Any suggestions to try and relieve some of the stress?

You're not the first to have one of those Vibrant bellows crack. Seems like most have actually. Hell, Shieud's cracked almost immediately. Not sure how how to fix it other than trying not Vibrant, or replacing it with a solid section. My early setups had no flexes in them at all but were a nightmare to assemble.

What bout replacing the bellow with a flex section further down the pipe?

Glad to hear were not the only ones with this issue.

That will change harmonics and may help, sure.

And we might have better luck with a flex pipe instead of a bellows. Maybe we'll try that if these break.

flex pipe is a bellows. WEll, there's bellows inside it. But the liner and/or braided outer will help on harmonics too.

Hmmm, alright, we will find out if this will last.

It slightly pains me to put my ugly welds on your stuff

I bought a flex pipe style one first, but it was too tall and I don't think it will fit.

Ha. This thing is something of a nightmare to install as-is. If it had no flex portion.... No bueno.

In other news, there are whispers of a PRHT ND. Supposed to be announced by month end. This is not my intel, comes from a post from GWR. If that's the case, I'll have to slightly modify my order...

Rusty plugs. Gap was roughly .036 ish.

New plugs gapped at .025 going in. Then boost.

949 Damper: just install it with the crank bolt right? Can we use a normal wrench or do we have to impact it on.

I assume lots of lube.
