I had initially planned to plumb everything with EFI fittings and vinyl hose, but since the filter comes with -6AN male ports, it ended up being easier to use something else. I picked up a bunch of Earl's Vaporguard to plumb everything in, along with Russell adapters for the fuel pump hangar and OEM feed line. Fully E85 compatible (methanol, even), which suits the usage perfectly. The other benefit is that I'll be able to offer a PnP kit with all the lines cut to length at a fraction of the cost of doing everything in SS..

don't corrugated hoses like that flow like dick?
I just used the Gates e85 hose. Got it from oreilly's for pennies. I needed a bunch of small pieces to connect the tank and filter and whatnot. The guys let me scrounge the leftover cuts in the backroom and i pieced together my entire tank side fuel system out of scrap.

Yep, I want nothing to do with corrugated hose. Most E85 hose isn't designed for submersible, unfortunately, so I'm not sure what I'll do there. I may call DW and see if there's anything special about the hose bits they include in their kits.
This took me way too long to make - a good reminder of why I outsource harnesses now
4-pin Amphenol on the end so I can quickly go back to stock coils if I ever need/want to. Bracket and wires from SADfab.

Radium also sells submersible, EFI rated, E85 rated rubber hose.

So my question is; does SAE 30R10 specifically cover E85?
SAE is trying to sell me a PDF of the current standards, so that's a nope: J30: Fuel and Oil Hoses - SAE International
Anyone smarter than me able to confirm that?

Since overdwelling these is a recipe for kablooey, here's the factory GM dwell table for D585s.

Massaging that into something the MS3 likes ends up looking like this. I'm satisfied with these. The people complaining about high-RPM scatter are dwelling the coil at 5+ms - I'll spend most of my time in the <4ms range.

When I get mine installed i'll hook up a scope and see if I can find a set dwell that they max at.

Andrew I think you have the wires in the wrong order. It looks like 1 should go on 2, 2 on 3, 3 on 4, and 4 goes on 1. It works fine the way you have it if that is your preference, but I intended them to go like this.

I just stole this as well. My battery correction was already pretty close.
I did not have dwell table on though. I just had my Nominal Dwell at 4.2 and spark duration at 0.7 and it seemed to run fine. From what I am understanding the dwell table is to prevent unwanted spark advance due to rpm and dwell? Is there any other setting that should be tweaked for table use over fixed dwell? This post is awesome. When I installed my gm coils the biggest issue I had was researching MS3 settings. This would have helped a bunch. I second adding it to the GM coil sticky.
