and btw you guys should really check into a vpn service
its inexpensive usually between 8 and 15 bucks a month
far more secure than a proxy

if this passes and you are using a foreign vpn your access to foreign sites like tpb for example will not be affected
but of course us sites that get shut down there is nothing u can do bout that
and with the advertising funds being cut off from us companies
even the foreign sites might be starved out of existance
