Default alternator problems

so i need a alternator, i bought a 94-97 internally regulated alternator for my nb. i tested it at the autopart store and its **** so i need ot buy a diff one. was thinking may be better to get new one with warranty like this. will this one work? what you guys think?

get your stocker rebuilt most small eletrical motor repair places can change the bearings and windings for a decent price and even up the capacity.

I think I have one of those alternators kicking around in my fathers garage. You can just have it (if you haven't gotten one already) if you pay shipping. I will check for it this weekend.
