Your eyes do not deceive you. The compressor and rotating assembly are out of a 2g Eclipse. The CHRA is out of another 2g Eclipse. The turbine housing is off an SR20det. The best thing is that I've got another blown 2g T25 coming tomorrow in case I like something off of it better. But for now, I'm good. Unlike the second turbo, the third one came apart in my hands... no sledge-hammer antics.

I'm not going to rebuild it until the other one gets here tomorrow and I take a look at it. After having taken apart three now (four tomorrow) I think I've got a petty good idea of how they go back together. Just in case I've printed out this entire link: http://photo.platonoff.com/Auto/2005...Turbo_Rebuild/ for reference.

The pipes are bought, just gotta order the couplers... still waffling on where to buy from. I think Reef Lights from eBay is the most promising place now. The compressor outlet is 2", so I can go straight 2" all the way to the IC... the only reducer needed is going to be the one at the TB from 2" to 2.5". My piping is going to be SWEET!!!

The only sticky point is the compressor inlet. It's 2" also, but the RX7 MAF has a 3" outlet. I'm going to buy a 2"to3" coupler... it's just how I go about routing the pipe. I'm thinking of mounting pretty much exactly like Braineaks... no need to reinvent the wheel, with the coupler at the MAF and running a 2" pipe to the inlet.

Hmm.. well since you have four.. I suggest you outdo Turbotim... and do a quad turbo setup!! One per exhaust runner!

Sure it's 2"? It should be closer to 2.3" OD. I'm using (2) 2.5" 90° bends. (2) 2.5" couplers and (1) 2.5" - 3.0" coupler.

I'll check it again, but I'm pretty sure. I've got some 2 3/8 silicone tube that fits over it with lots of slop. I guess I could always just squeeze the clamp down on it and make it work. We'll see. Will a 2" coupler fit over a 2 1/8 OD pipe? It'd be pretty tight.

Measuring at the lip, the inlet is almost the same size as the outlet. Maybe 1mm bigger, two tops.

The 2" coupler i'm using (that fits the compressor outlet) fits the inlet as well.
