Default Re-Installed Turbo, Rattling and Burning Coolant

I removed my GT2560R turbo this weekend so that I could replace some exhaust studs, put in a new O2 sensor, clean up the engine compartment and now after reassembling the whole thing I'm having some issues.

Rattling (a really high frequency rattling) happens on even slight acceleration (well under 0 PSI). I'm not sure what this could be but I'm guessing it's on the exhaust side. I'm hoping that this is just a loose exhaust fitting or something. Ideas on this one?

I'm also burning coolant now. I can see a decent plume of whitish smoke behind me when I pump the revs up. I'm not sure if this is an internal seal in the turbo that went bad due to me jostling it around a bit or something else. It's possible that this is just coolant and whatnot that got into the exhaust system when I was taking everything out. Thoughts?

Perhaps these two things are related. I only touched the things necessary to take out the turbo so.. 2 x coolant lines, 2 x oil lines, air on pressurized side, exhaust fittings, exhaust manifold, downpipe, egr line.

Maybe my cat is just messed up? I had to bang on it a little to get the downpipe back in...

Looking for any possible ideas.

For anyone interested, the rattling I heard was an exhaust leak and the smoke was from coolant that has fallen into the downpipe during removal of the system. After much troubleshooting and a track day that ended with a mega-leak, I've used Permatex along with nice new shiny gaskets and properly torqued lugs and the leak is gone. Sounds brand new!

I think this is just one of those situations where taking something apart has caused several other issues. That's okay, I'm learning a lot about my turbo and I can have that thing out in 30 minutes now!
