4 channels, 60 samples/sec, configurable record triggering, serial interface for realtime display or logging with a pocket pc, $80

Just add a $50 ebay pocket pc (and maybe a $40 map sensor) and you have a logging solution for $130--and you don't have to worry about your laptop being stolen. It's not as functional as some other products, but it's cheap.
