I'm reminded of the case of Noble v. Bradford Marine.
Background: one of the defendants (Prime Time Charters) attempted to be an ******* and filed for removal of the case, which was a state matter, to a federal court based on an arcane and rather tortured interpretation of the constitution and maritime law.
In a rather hilarious court opinion, the US District Judge publicly mocked said defendant by modeling his entire response on Wayne's World, and ended by ruling that "Prime Time's most bogus attempt at removal is "not worthy" and the Defendants must "party on" in state court."
