Since I'm having trouble uploading images to this site, some of my HKS manifold pictures can be found halfway down this page:

http://www.mx5projects.com/turbo-install.asp

FYI, this website is something I created a few years ago and I never launched it. Most of this information is outdated.

Flaked off in 10 minutes. Ceramic coating is the only way to go.

Thats an awesome website Stripes, great work, how did you make the piping for the recirculating valve? Like the bungs and stuff.

Are the relief cuts you made at the bolt holes in the manifold really necessary?

How did you mount the MAF to the intake pipe? Cut the factory tube?

So many awesome pics on your site, to bad they dont all enlarge.

I think that was 1.5 inch piping. I just cut it up and welded it to together. My bungs are just straight pipe.

I made these cuts for heat expansion relief. It's common practice on cast iron manifolds. I later cut all the way through the flange.

I think I used a 2.5 inch-> 2.75 inch coupler. No I did not cut the factory tube. I no longer us the maf or crossover tube for the BOV.

Yeah, I kinda gave up developing the site. I can dig up these pics if you really want them.
