Yeah but I need dimensions off the old gears to make the new ones. The reason i asked about the deforming cause if hes having trouble, he might have used a torch.

Ill call FM now

It's not deformed, but there is a chunk or two taken out with the housing. It's just stuck on my crank probably due to the timing gear. I ditched this crank and oil pump when building my N/A beast (lol) worked fine but has nose damage wich is probably why the timing gear is stuck. And Ben, if your willing to give up your nuts, you can have it.

I'll hammer on it some more this afternoon. it's almost off.

Edit: Loki, I did use a torch on the timing gear, but not the oil pump. not sure what affect that will have on testing.

I might not be able to install this for a while because I'm going out of town next week for an undetermined period. I'll still send you the pump though and pay you for your time.

, it's not a freebie to me. It's to be used to design the new gears. That benefits the entire mt.net community.

The crank might fetch a buck from a scrap guy.

If you are donating a motor... and will work with me to swap... I'll test it. I've got the hoist, engine stand and all the tools needed...

I have a motor now. What does turn around time look like on this? I'm interested but trying to have everything in my hands the first week of the new year to send off for machine work and assembly.
