eBay 1.8 turbo manifold
Hello Im sure this has been posted here somewhere but IRS searched and searched and can't find the answer. Haha
Question is who's running a eBay tubular 1.8 t2 flanged turbo manifold and how is it?
I know it's obviously not anywhere near as good as a absurdflow or others but for 89 dollars I'm wondering??
I'm swapping a 1.8 into my 1990 and lookkg for something decent and cheap

cracked within a year. They are definately a hit and miss, mostly misses... I got a holy grail one, but it did warp and now its a paper weight... no cracks tho... after 2 years of abuse that is. Take my advise, save the money, buy quality. I went down that ebay route and ended up spending more than enough to probably build a 400whp breathing beast... but I spent the cheap amount for the initial, then around and extra 1.5k to fix issues, and just ended up with quality parts in then end after 2-3k spent.

I assume you are about to do a 1.8l swap? If you absolutely need a manifold quick, buy the egay one, but its just a $100 temp fix for about the most of a year (who knows, maybe you will have one like mine that lasted 2). If you do purchase this manifold, make sure you have a flex pipe in the downpipe and some sort of turbo support for any type of exhaust manifold anyways. I just saw someone on here who purchased a very sexy ARTech version of this mani, and its built like a tank, but the BEGi is a good one as well.
