Rajay Turbo?
#2
I've never even heard of a "Rajay" turbo... off to search the interweb....
Looks like a reputable turbo company... but their focus is smaller turbos that are more suitable for motorcycles it looks like.
I haven't found a size/trim range for them... but if its designed for a motorcycle... I'd find something bigger.

Every Rajay turbo I have seen was used on a motorcycle engine or smaller. That's not to say that they are all small turbos. What I'd worry about is being to find readily available technical information about the specific turbo and its specs. I'd never just slap a turbo on my car without knowing what it was designed for and what it's capable of.

There looks to be quite a few models of Rajay turbos... it would depend on which one he got. I haven't seen any pictures/specs on the specific turbine housing flange-style they use... so you'd probably be stuck making a custom manifold and DP if you could get the correct flanges to make them out of.
I'd say your buddy better register here and start getting his learn on.
If he's gonna stick with that free one, I've got a Gupta Intercooler and Punjab AFPR he might like.
