Need tuned ECU for 03 miata

Good luck! You need to just buck and get a emb, or emu. No one is goint to have what you are looking for. You are going to have to pay a local tuner if you are not confident in your abilities. You seem to not be ready to turbo your car. You need to do more reasearch unless you just buy an already set up kit.

Dude, are you asking if somebody has a STOCK ecu that has been modified somehow? NO, the stock ECU's are not modifiable in the way you're talking about. There are basically only two ways to do what you want. Piggyback or Standalone.
Piggybacks such as Emanage are for sale in the classifieds all the time.
Standalones such as Hydra or Link not so often and are expensive.
And any one of those that you may buy will need to be dyno'd and tuned specifically for your car and your setup. You can't simply take an aftermarket ECU off one car and slap it on another and expect it to work right, even if both cars have the exact same setup. There are too many variables even among same setups.
However, BoostinSteve is correct, you need to do more homework. Simply asking the question you did is a warning sign that you don't know enough yet about how this whole thing workd. List the setup you're putting together and how much power you're looking for... maybe we could help fill in some of the blanks.

Sidetrack.
Some guys at m.net are doing some ECU overclocking and reprogramming successfully. If you haven't checked out the ECU section over there you should read the kinds of things they're doing to the older stock ECUs.
This guy needs something like a voodoo box where he can tune that **** with a little screwdriver and a wideband. EMB would be too much even though it's soo little.

Is that the thread that is about the socketed ecu's. I know a lot of other cars have had this going on for a while, just never spend that much time over there anymore. I spend most of my time lurking in the multiple supra forums now, and if I have to sell my camaro, I am going to get an MK3 supra.

I have been watching this thread, but it won't apply to his '03... at least not yet... and you're correct that this isn't what he wants.
Mxdrift, the piggyback/standalone solutions for you are well documented. The major players are eManage, Link, Hydra, MS, and possibly AEM. There are a few other choices, but you probably want to stick with one of the above for the amount of support. Things like TEC3 and ELF are options, but are rare and not going to be easy for you, even if you can find one.
I can tell you that your 200-220whp goal at 9psi on an .80/.64 T25 might be a little optomistic though. It's certainly within range, but I think you're going to have to push in the 10-12psi range even with a good tune.
If you're going piggyback or standalone, depending on what injectors and setup you go with, you probably won't need a fuel pump either.
