Flakey LC-1 (I know, how original)
Trying to get this damn thing actually working for once (it never has). Got everything wired up right as far as I can tell. I did find that I somehow didn't ground it right and when I put a voltmeter on it I wasn't getting 12V across the ground (white) and power (red) wires. I fixed that problem and its definitely getting 12 now.
I've got three symptoms to diagnose the problem:
It won't heat up the sensor (sensor is out of the box new).
The brown output wire reads ~350mV when the key is on regardless of if the sensor is plugged in and 0V when key is off.
I can't get a reading out of the "OUT" headphone jack connection to connect to LogWorks.
Any ideas?

Replace it with an LC-2, MTX-L, AEM UEGO, Zeitronix, or literally any other wideband on the market? I'm only half-joking. LC-1s are junk and if yours has never worked right, there's probably nothing you can do to make your particular unit work correctly.

Yeah I'm only half-assed trying to fix it. Buying a new controller is probably smartest, but I figured I'd give it a last shot since chucking it would be throwing money down the drain. The direct line to the engine was the ground that wouldn't pull enough current so I'm saying eff it.
