Default NB 1.8 ECU blown up...

Hello everybody, i'm new here and i hope that somebody could help me.

So the story was that i swaped my NA 1.6 to NB 1999 1.8 103kw engine with BP5D ecu. Had some problems with immobiliser and coil pack. After long playing with coil pack my ECU was shocked with open wires and i blowed two transistors (i think so). And now i don't know where to get them, because in my country there is no ECU for sale, tryed to search from other mazda's ECU but no lucky...

Is it possible to put other ECU? Because i saw that there is a lot of BP5 ecu's, like BP5W or smth... Or maybe someone has for sell this one ECU for parts (BP5D)?

Later if someone could help from photo, just tell me i will take it and put it here.

Buy a standalone ecu. MegaSquirt is a good deal and has huge amounts of support here.

What country do you live in? Im sure youcann get one shipped to you from the Ebay or the Craigs list.

I thought about it, but i want to make this project for next year when i will put turbo. This year i just want to try this new engine with stock ECU.
I'm from lithuania, there is a lot of miata fans, but with parts is a little bit complicated...

I guess this ecu was used only on cars sold in Europe. They come up for sale on ebay now and then.
This one is available now but way too expensive.

Look at the ebay.co.uk site. They can be got for less than 100$ but you will have to wait or be lucky.

There's way too many differences between ECU's for you to just plug in a random one and expect it to work, especially in a different country.

+1 to buying a megasquirt.
