Default M-Tuned re-route q (water feed)

Hey guys, I ordered the M-Tuned re-route from the 949 guys (along with some new ID 725cc injectors), but I was wondering:
I'm running the Flyin Miata hard water-lines to cool the turbo now. With the M-Tuned in place, will the coolant feed locations remain the same, or will I need to change up where the source/outputs are located?

Worry not, Grasshopper; Leave attached to the engine, as intended, the water neck, and no problems ye shall have.
