I saw a pic of the FaeFlora setup, What wires are you running? My coils are being shipped and i'm still researching the wires.

On this thread, Nickt93 has a cool setup, wonder what wires he is running? Looks like stock plug end, with the LS coil end.

Damnit guys this is not rocket surgery. If I did it so can you.
Again:
4 wires per coil:
hot
power ground
signal
signal ground
bus the hots together and run them to your old coil or ignitor or whatever power source
bus the power grounds together and run them to your old coil or ignitor or whatever ground
bus the signal grounds together and ground them somewhere far away from your power ground FTW
run each signal wire to your ems or whatever that makes spark signal
The LS plug wire booties will fit shittily into the miata head. You will need some miata plug wire booties. Or just deal with them fitting shittily. I had magnecors made. I called them up and was like, make me some wires bitch, I need x feet long and they were like "ok".
Come on customstreetmachines, you are really letting your username down :(
BTW what turbo are you running?

Awe man, I can make plug wires, but it's always easier to ask someone how they did it. I'm a cheap *** cause my ex wife gets all my money, so I might just bastardize some Miata wires and use gm coil end boots. I'll figure something out when my coils arrive. Electrical wiring is no problem. I wasn't asking about that. I may be a tard, but I'm capable.

Lots. $130 or soemthing.
Call em up with the length and they will give you the price over the phone. I got logn wires in case I wanted to move my shiz around.

The LS coils I have are fairly sensitive to dwell settings. Just make sure that you have the correct tables for your particular coils. The dwell settings are different between the various coils.
I was having a regular misfire at 7600rpm that I fixed by taking out only .5ms of dwell at that RPM.

Just talked to Steve at Magnecore, they're awesome. Quoted $125, DEAL!! I'm gonna get my coils mounted this weekend to get better measurements. Looking to build a mount for the stock coil location. I'm cutting the coil connectors and installing weather pack connectors in line, so I can go back to stock anytime.
The dwell info is good to know. Are you running max around 5.8ms ? I'll have to mess around with my Hydra until I get it right. I've seen a few places to get the dwell tables.
I'm running the NGK ZFR6F-11 plugs and Jeremy suggested the NGK R5671A-7, I'd also be up for suggestions.
BTW, I have connectors, contacts and seals for these coils in stock.

What coils do you have again? I have the LS2 nonheatsink truck coils.
Chpsnmw6 or whatever has the dwell maps if you ask nicely.
You will have to set up dwell by volt and also dwell trim by rpm.
I think my max is 4.6? If you have my coils I will give u the settings.

Trying to find as many as possible to look for differences. This table seems to come up often
2004 Silverado 5.3 LS2 Truck coil

I can make a curve from that, but I might pull a little time and creep up on it, but I'm not done researching yet.
