How did you clean the bearings/rods/bores during assembly? None of those look super hot to me, lots of streaks and FOD (foreign object damage).

My guess is something got trapped between the bearing and crank on assembly.

I cleaned everything using the most lint-free rags I had.

Yeah, I was wondering what caused the streaks in the bearings, they are not deep though, fingernail doesn't catch on them.

I cleaned all the oil passages with A/C flushing stuff (powerful jet of solvent) and started to put everything back together.
I got a set of Beck&Arnley rod bearings (Std Size), clearance is just under 0.002.
