You can make big power a stock motor.... all you need is a huge turbo and a HP curve that looks like this

I wouldn't think this is possible with a turbo. Maybe with E85, boost restriction of somekind, and meth injection if your IATs are still too high.

I would say that 400 crank horsepower is easily attainable with the bnib rotrex c30-94 I'm selling. Nice linear power band, lower torque, much lower IATs...
