Havent updated here much. Been really busy with the fab work.

1.6 Vband Manifold tacked up.

That first one has a muffler, you can see it. I'm sure it drops the noise level a couple db.

One resonated, one muffled with large resonator.

Resonators work better with some piping after them (not at the back, near the tip)

Havent updated my blogs lately.

Starting a custom intake manifold for the FE3 Miata. Hammer formed plenum over this form I have built.

-Straight tuned length runners
-thick aluminum for boost
-turbo optimized plenum
-hammer formed 2 piece plenum

Runners welded on. Need to finish the plenum floor and then form the plenum halfs over the wood form that I have started.

The wood form needs a lot of shaping in the throttle area.

Oil pan nearly done.

Need to put an oil temp sensor bung and drain hole in it still.

Havent updated this since I started the manifold for that collector above.

Here is a few pictures of the process. The old hot side parts were just dropped off to make the downpipe, so its game time.

Manifold is done besides the wastegate, which i will place after the downpipe is done.
