Default Support in vendor forum (FM)

What's FM's thoughts on posting FM product oriented support questions here?

What about Admins- think post that are specific to a vendor product should either go into the kits/diy or here?

For example there's quite a few posts specific to MiataLink, or even the Hydra.

I'm going to preface this with the comment that the best way to get a rapid response is probably to send us an email. We monitor that all day, where the forums don't get the same dedicated attention and there's no guarantee we'll find your question if it's posted in an unexpected part of the forum. If you want a timely answer, either email or phone is the best way to go.

This isn't a good place to post Hydra questions, mostly because the Hydra experts don't read this particular forum. Hydra questions should either go to tuning@flyinmiata.com or to the Hydra subforum over at Miata.net. I can answer basic Hydra questions but that's about it. The same is true (to a lesser extent) with the Link.

Tech questions, sure.
