With on-demand, the pump keeps a solenoid primed. I used a boost referenced pressure switch to fire the solenoid but you could use the ECU to do it to.

McMaster has a bunch of plastic bottles. You can search for the one listed above and check the other sizes out. This setup was on my 400whp Subaru. I was injecting a lot more meth/water than you will be.

Good thread so far. I found the nylon line on McMaster, its like $0.30/ft. They also have a ton of the pushlock fittings that are cheaper. I will put up the links and edit the OP with the links everyone else has posted when I get home from work to keep it organized. I like the outside mount nozzles that DO sells but I can't find anything similar so far.

Some of the pumps can be used in a pinch, but the shurflo ones do have viton valves which are not compatable with methanol. The flow rattings on both of them are a tad high and will cause the sytems to pulse with 10gph nozzles and smaller.

If you find a simlar nozzle to what we use for cheaper let me know, i am all game on them then. I had to get these custom made up, and we are still 10 dollar a peace cheaper than snow. I think 30 for a nozzle is kinda high.

I've been busy with the motor build, which is just about completed in my garage. I have been working on a side WI project. Will post more details on it later once I'm done coding and I actually test it.

It's slow going in other preparations for the Nov 17th NE dyno day. Please bare with me.

i just want to know what valve can we use that will work with MS (that isn't terribly expensive)?

Well any valve that has a fast reaction time and is rated for a large amount of cycles could be used PWM. I read somewhere on DO's forums that the solenoid they sell can be used in a PWM app. The clippard SS valve has been used by others in a PWM app as well. I think that part had already been answered well enough.

Interested in the McMaster part numbers. Looking for a 1/4 Y fitting. Several places sell the nylon tubing, but I have been looking for 3/8" tubing and fitting with 300 PSI and 400F ratings. Also, aquastealth has cheap outside mount nozzles.

I use a Purolator F20011 in plastic for the pre-pump filter. The 1/4 hose will shove into the fittings tightly.

fastenal sells the nickel plated copper stuff, in quick disconects no less.
Why do you want 3/8 tubing etc? They sell the fitings by the peice in their stores and online

Lowes also carrys plenty of fittings in metal but they arent push to connect rather the older compression via top nut models.
Anderson Barrows at Lowe's: PB968P 1/4" x 1/4" Compression Connector something like this but different i suggest you go into the store and look at what they have yourself.
And why do you need 300 psi and 400 F that seems to be way to uch overkill to me.

The new pumps being sold by the WI kit makers goes up to 250 psi. Leave some wiggle room. If yu are mounting preturbo, you ned to be able to have hose that can be near the turbo. The stuff DOA sells goes up to I think 800 F and 350 working 1400 burst psi

Also, the fittings are cheaper from RPS

The bottom fitting you listed is what I think Aquamist has talked about switching to because of some leaking probems.

Coolingmist is selling their Stand Trunk Mount 150psi kit with 1.5 Gallon Tank for only $215 on their website.. Hard to beat that price...
