Default Super cheap turbo kit on CL

Just browsing through Craigslist and found this; he just bought the car and doesn't want it on the car. But has no clue as to what type of kit it is or any information at all. He says its peaking at 10 PSI. Put a paypal deposit down to go look at it. Thoughts? Worth it.

Full turbo kit.

That intercooler piping is really.... something.

I'd probably buy that if he'd take like... $150. Anything more than that and he can toss my salad then suck a fart or two.

Here's the best advice you're gonna get as a noob:

TAKE YOUR HAND AWAY FROM THE "BUY IT NOW" BUTTON
TAKE YOUR EYES OFF CRAIGSLIST "AUTO PARTS" SECTION
FEAST YOUR EYES ON THE MIATA INFORMATION SUPERHIGHWAY THAT IS MT.NET
READ READ READ READ
SEARCH SEARCH SEARCH

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING UNTIL YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING

Seriously.

if you buy that pile of crap I'm going to point and laugh at you

I'm going to go with one of the Begi starter kits as a local guy runs one and will be helping me tune it and install. But thanks for the responses guys lol even if it was just for a laugh.

Is that necessarily the case? I thought the ebay tubular manifolds were a t-2 footprint flange? The seller may not know what he has, and a few of the parts on it may be worth it.

I'd at least go take a look at it. You don't have to buy it.

EDIT: but yes, as 18psi mentioned, don't buy anything unless you know what you are doing

well it looks to be a 1.8 so the chances of it having a legitimate non-ebay t3 manifold are slim.

and judging by the rest of the car I'd be surprised if there was anything worth money on there.

It looks like a heap

You could offer $10

Maybe you could break even in scraping the metal?
