Is seat mounting the same, NA to NB?

Does anyone know if the seat mounting for the NA is the same as that in the NB? Looking at some SPARCO seats for my 1999 and was wondering if I will need to roll my own base.

Somewhere around 94 they switched the belt receiver from the tunnel to the seat mount itself. The 99 doesn't have the attachment point for the belt on the tunnel so you will either have to use 94 up sliders or make an attachment point with proper backing.
