Default Smashed vacuum nipples on intake manifold, repair?

I recently recieved an intake manifold through the mail. The nipples for the brake booster and PCV valve are smashed beyond repair due to handling during shipping. Anybody have to deal with this before? They look like they are pressed in, I was wondering if you could order these from somewhere. If not would it just be a simple case of drilling and tapping the manifold with new fittings?

Nipples in question can be seen here. Mmmmm.... Nipples.

I drilled and tapped one on my mixing manifold for a 1/8" npt after pulling it out, as well as yanking out the water line nipples in the throttle body. Left those empty though. 1/4" or 3/8" npt would work for those.

Did you use standard hardware store brass fittings?

I used a steel plug. I took out the nipple most people use for water cooling their turbo, and plugged it. Brass fittings would work fine, i screwed a 90* brass fittting into one of my reroute pipes for the heater return. Works fine, cheap as hell, but also looks it. For something as visible as that I'd buy an anodized or aluminum piece for a couple bucks more if yougo through with it.

The fittings came out surprisingly easily after a little twist is applied with vise grips. I'm planning on tapping and pugging the locations where they used to be with socket-style pipe plugs. Then the back of the manifold can be tapped for 90 degree nipple fittings of some sort. This should look much cleaner.
