WARNING: Koyo 55mm Radiator fitment
I just finished RE-INSTALLING my Koyo 55mm radiator. After my first initial test drive, I took a peak at my install and I noticed that the pax side AC condenser bracket bolt head was right on the radiator fins. Damn I'm glad I checked. That bolt would have rubbed right through the rad in a very short amount of time.
I removed the rad again and hammered the bracket forward. A very simple fix actually. I did remember reading something about this on M.Net, but the post was AFTER he had rubbed a hole in his Koyo.
The other things to watch out for are the AC line tie-down underneath the radiator via a bracket to the pax side bolt hole of the Koyo. That no longer fits so I just zip-tied it with some foam to keep the rubbage to a minimum. Also, the PS lines on the drivers side going underneath the radiator MAY rub on the fan shroud, but hammering both AC condenser bracket cleared them by a hair.
