Default 2 Step Rev Limiter

I've been wanting to set up a 2 step rev limiter on my 90 Miata, now I know I don't have a VSS so I stuck with using the clutch switch correct? I included the instructions that AEM gives now what I circled in red does that get deleted? Do I just connect the Brown White wire directly into the EMS? Or do I connect another wire into the cable and run one into factory relay and one directly into the EMS. Thanks for the help in advance.

Sorry to provide no help, but i'm interested to learn what a 2 step rev limiter is, as i've only heard of a regular rev limiter which just cuts fuel at a given rpm. What's a 2 step?

Cheers!

A secondary rev limiter mostly used for launching your car. Basically you can floor your car and hold the clutch (why it's called 2 step) and it will hold RPM at what ever you set it at, im going to use it to spool my turbo on the line so I don't have so much turbo lag. Just go on Youtube and search it.
