I actually put both so I can figure out which one I like better. I cant decide.. Ill prob just leave it as is til i figure out how to attach the door latch strap. I opened it up and saw how the rod attaches to the handle but i cant figure out how to attach a strap. I could just bend the rod into a hook and loop a strap over it but I like to leave stuff able to be returned to stock, just in case I mess it up, Im not stuck with my new stupid ideas..

and the more I look at my door underneath the card, the more I wanna cut all the metal out. problem is I have power windows so I dont want to cut too much and leave it too weak to support the motor. anyone have power windows with gutted/semi gutted doors?

and is it even worth it? mine is a DD/occasional auto-x car for now so I would like to drop weight WITHIN REASON I dont want to strip it completely and be stuck with a hot loud metal shell... yet
