I did the same thing to my 92 about a year ago. I cant really see any wobble from your vid. When was the last time you replaced the timing belt? If its due then you could verify weather or not your key way is worn.

Its hard to tell from the video man. If your in doubt....just do it.
My 90' has the SNC and I did the loctite fix 4 years ago before going turbo. Haven't had a problem since. Better to loctite it and fix it regardless, rather than go turbo and have it shred your keyway on the first drive.
