Did yall hear about the superbowl beer bet that Flying Dog and Anchor have?

Whoever loses (SF or Baltimore), the losing brewery has to pour the winner's beer in their taproom for a week.

Kinda looking forward to having some Anchor Steam poured in nearby Frederick, MD!

Yes, if the Ravens lose I'll have to take a trip down to Frederick and enjoy.

I finally cracked into one of my Christmas presents last night

I'm buzzing on Southern Tier Mokah. Wonderfully creamy, dark, with wonderful tastes and smells of bittersweet chocolate and coffee. I even busted out my Belgian glasses for this brew. Absolutely worth a shot if you like this kind of stout.

All I know is a trail of light blue smoke follows his miata around. At the least it keeps the mosquitoes away.

I'm so glad I didn't waste my Anderson Valley Winter Solstice tonight, but instead, used up a pile of slightly vinegary tasting soon to expire octoberfests that I got for $15. That's how you properly manage beer finances. I also traded 3 of them for 1 bottle of Weyerbacker Double Simcoe, and 1 bottle of Weyerbacker Old Heathen Stout. I think I made out on the profit side with this shitty case.
